I deposit $10 and got my welcome Bonus. Played and then played the freespins that the welcome offer offered.. played with the freespin. Yup had won money check if i can withdrawl it . But i couldnt cause it was still under bonus credit so keep playing and playing and manage to wagered it all. And check again so i was allowed to withdrawl it so i did. So that means ive played amd wagedred the reaquirement so in my cass its not bonus credit anymore cause i played the required wagered so what ever winnings is mine so i withdrawl it. But now they emailed back saying i breach it. Which i didnt.. can u find out for me . This pisses me of. Thank you the pogg. So they said its been confiscated and refunded my $10 back into my account. That is not fair at all. I played all through the bonus credit untill i can withdrawl my own winning.

thank you i wagered it thats why i wothdrawl it. They cant do this to me . I deposit and play the wagered requirement. Thats why i up my bet and played and then withdrawl otherwise if i withdrawl it would have said bonus money instead allowing me to withdrawl my winnings. Its bullshit. I played and it was up and down and i didnt withdrawl my winnings until couple days lata. Please help me out on this one. Hi Marwezzy,
I've reviewed this issue with Fruity Casa including your game history. From you very first bet after receiving your bonus you were betting in excess of the maximum allowed bet with a bonus. As such the operator are within their rights to void your play and reset both parties to their starting positions.
Nevertheless, my understanding is that the operator offered you a goodwill gesture of $500 and that you've accepted this. Can you confirm?
